There is a reward offered for the arrest and ultimate conviction of anyone who fight's animals We are aggressively investigating all cases of neglect and cruelty abuse here in Morristown and Hamblen County. What the public needs to be aware of is that in the State of Tennessee to charge someone with Cruelty Neglect or Abuse there must be a witness who will come forward and testify. If possible picture or video evidence is always helpful.
Remember these are good dogs that are made bad by mean people!!!! Please do not BREED SELECT!!!!
